I’ve recently got the the Fitbit Inspire 3. In the mobile app under gallery there’s no option to search apps or clock faces. When I try to open the Sp02 app it gives the option to install but no matter how many times I tap install it just doesn’t install? Please help
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

@Lsu127 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Do you receive a message when trying to install the SpO2 app?
Have you tried installing the SpO2 clock face on the Inspire 3?
Did you install another clock face on the Inspire 3?
If so try installing the original clock face and then the Spo2 app.

It doesn’t show up as a screen on the Fitbit. It shows up as a reading in health metrics after sleeping with it on.

@Triste42 , Nice to see you around.
In the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture> Inspire 3> Gallerie>apps >SPO2
If there it's said that the app is installed, then it's so. You won't see an app on the tracker itself.
You should see on the today menu on the Inspire 3 the tile for SPO2.
This will run automatically when sleeping to collect the data.
More about this can be found here: How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
