Did you mean:

“Steps” and “Hourly activity” only showing gray boxes.

I’m using an iPhone and an Inspire 3, app and iOS are currently up to date.

My device is synching fine and most data is showing up, even the step counter is synching, but when I click “Steps” or “Hourly activity”, all I get are gray boxes.

Hi @JoeServo and @melgobeil ! Warm welcome to the forums.

Our team is aware of this issue and working on a fix.

I understand your feelings about this situation, and this is definitely not the experience we want for our customers.

This workaround worked for some customers: you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see the desired results. It's worth a try.

There should be no loss of information as long as you sync your device beforehand.

Please remember to:

  • Logout.
  • Uninstall.
  • Reinstall.

All your feedback is more than welcome and useful for our developers.

I'll be posting here any updates about this situation.
