Just bought an Inspire 3 and it's fully charged, synced to my phone and app is working. I called support and they were of literally no help.

My watch and/or phone beep 3 times rapidly every 10 seconds or so. How do I turn this off? It's terribly annoying, and distracting and I won't be able to sleep at all with this sound.
