I updated my app 4 days ago. Ive not received a stress management score since the update. What can I do?

Hi, @BamaJ, welcome to the community, I'm reliably informed the problem with "Stress management" has been noted, but we have not had any feedback or an indication of when a fix will be available.

Someone did answer this question on the Charge 6 forum and Google is reportedly aware of this issue, but there was no indication as to when Google would start working to fix the problem and releasing another App update to resolve it.

Hi, same issue here, mine started almost a week ago. In the last two days I also stopped getting my daily readiness score and my health metrics and missing data. I hope it gets fixed soon!

Same here. I updated app last week (Android phone). I restarted Inspire 3 but it doesn't work. Other parameters are monitored but stress is not available.

I had the exact same problem! It stopped showing my stress management score for 4 days or more very recently. Now it's showing again! I have an Android phone.

The relaxation part isn't working right either for me. Hasn't in months. I've updated and restarted and no luck. Wondering what's going on with Fitbit!

Mine hasn’t been working since last Tuesday. Also sleep stages are just basic asleep/restless all the other stages like REM aren’t showing. Daily readiness isn’t showing. Active minutes apparently I’ve done nothing for a week. I even manually started exercise today and it says it was all below zones. Heart rate not tracking. All it tracks is my skin temperature. Only had since November!
