Hi, when I woke up my Inspire 3 was showing 9:30 instead of 6:30. It synced and logged my sleep times correctly on my Pixel 7, though, and the app says it's on the correct time zone. I tried syncing it, changing time zone, syncing, getting back and syncing again, and also restarting it. It's still three hours ahead of time. Other time zones seem correct, though.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for reporting this issue with us, and your efforts while working on this matter. I wanted to let you know that this issue was already escalated and our team got it fixed. If you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.
Once again, I appreciate your feedback and hope you can keep crushing your goals!

About an hour ago, my fitbit suddenly went to GMT automatically and no amount of syncing will change it. Unfortunately my time zone is not available on the app, so I cannot set it manually. Any suggestions?

Same issue. I'm in Asia (bangkok/Hanoi time zone) and it set me to gmt. If I change to a USA time zone, it syncs. So there's some bug in certain time zones.

Yet another post about a fitbit (Inspire or any other) having the wrong time displayed.
Yes, I've restarted the tracker, logout, unpair, turned off automatic time zone and location, deleted the app's data, and all sorts of combinations. It could be related to this new firmware update (Inspire-3-Firmware-Update-210.26), but I wouldn't know. There is always something odd happening and it usually gets fixed (from what I've seen in other threads) by random actions related to data, sync, and cache.
If someone has a definitive answer, please leave a step-by-step guide. It'll be much appreciated.
