I just got my Fitbit today, so I don’t know why it’s doing this. I did a weightlifting session today, and it’s showing for yesterday. Every time I try to change the date, it says I have the date set for today. I click done, and then it still says yesterday. I don’t want to lose the calories burned or the heart rate log, so I don’t know what to do

Hi, @Avabanana23 welcome to the community, it sounds like your Inspire 3 is not syncing, Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center provides guidance & advice. Remember you can provoke syncing at any time by sliding your finger down and releasing the "Today" screen on your Fitbit app on your phone.
