A friend of mine who's an avid runner recommended the Inspire 3 to me. She said it transformed her training sessions by helping her track her progress more effectively. I got excited and decided to purchase one for myself, but I've been struggling to sync it with my phone ever since. I've tried resetting the device and reinstalling the Fitbit app, but the issue persists. Has anyone else faced this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

iphone or android? On the iphone there's a setting to allow the app to run in the background. On android there's something similar but I can't remember what it's called. Even with that off, mine syncs if I open the app. Sometimes it takes a minute. Occasionally I'll have to turn Bluetooth off and back on.

Ive had no luck pairing my Fitbit with my phone. It fails during pairing every. Single. Time. Restart phone, restart Fitbit, turn Bluetooth off and on again, nothing works. Fitbit displays wrong date and time, and there’s nothing I can do about it.
Is there anywhere I can take this for service? Clearly it’s defective.

Do you have any other bluetooth devices paired to your phone? The phone can only have one bluetooth device paired at a time. You will have to "forget" another paired device first in order to pair the Fitbit. FWIW, my wife and I both have iPhones with iOS 16.4.1 and haven't had any problems pairing our Inspires.
Best AnswerMy Inspire 3 should be with me in a couple of hours, I’ll attempt to link to my iphone7 plus and report back asap
Best AnsweriPad synced no problem, just trying the iPhone 7 now.
Ok at first I couldn’t sync then I realised I had to disconnect from the iPad, as soon as I did that it sent me a 4 number pin and away we go.so it can’t be connected to more than one device at a time, check you haven’t.good luck.
