Background - I'm a 72 year old male with sleep apnea, so sleep with a CPAP, and have to get up 2 or three times a night to go pee. My sleep pattern is very consistent, going to bed about 10:30 pm, and sleeping until 6:30 AM or later. My Fitbit sleep schedule is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
With that background, here;s what my Inspire 3 is reporting for the last week:
July 14 - Asleep 5:38 AM to 7:33 AM.
July 15 - Asleep 3:44 am to 6:30 am -- other sleep 9:41 pm to 11:47 pm
July 16 - no data
July 17 - no data
July 18 - asleep 10:27 pm to 12:00 am
July 19 - asleep 5:27 am to 6:50 am - other sleep 10:42 pm to 12:02 am
July 20 - asleep 10:33 pm to 12:10 am
I've posted previously about inconsistencies in both sleep tracking and heart rate tracking, over very consistent behaviors on my part.
