can someone tell me how to reset my inspire 3 watch. it's stuck on some menu with a line of dots st the top, one of them blue and it won't come off!

Hi, @jodie121 , as your screen is unresponsive you will need to reset your Inspire 3 using the press button method.
Please plug your Fitbit in to charge as normal using the charging cable supplied with your Fitbit and a plug known to be working (If you need help on this please see the article How to charge my Fitbit ). While it is still plugged in and charging, press and hold the sides of your Inspire 3 (the “buttons”) for a good 10 seconds. Hopefully you will see the Fitbit logo after 10 seconds and your screen will be back to normal. You may need to try this a couple of times as a single restart does not always work.
If this doesn’t solve your screen problem then it is worth changing the clock face on your Fitbit, as many users have reported that this can solve an unresponsive screen issue. You can change the clock face in the app and the instructions are here . Please be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make changes in the app so that the changes are reflected on your device..
If changing the clock face solves the issue, then you can return to your previous clock face, if you prefer.
