Hi, @Peedoffuser, welcome to the community, you do not provide much information to allow us to form a view of what might be causing your problem. May I draw your attention to How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

There's a helpful section on "Why didn't I receive Sp02 data", restless sleepers may encounter problems. If your issue persists you could try asking a friend or family member to wear the device overnight to see if they have the same experience.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

No help and the times I'm sleeping are wrong. I'm supposed to keep track of my O2 and sleep for my doctor's. The sleep is completely wrong!

I already said there's no O 2 record and the sleep app isn't accurate. I
already tried chatting with a representative. It got me no where. I'm still
under warranty, just send me a new watch. I don't have time for this. I'm
awake but I'm guessing m app says I'm sleeping. Been through this before.
This is for my health and I paid good money for this and it's not accurate
to even share with my doctor's.

Hi, @Emmymarie, only "Customer Support" can replace your device under warranty talk to them. I and other posters here are volunteers and community members who do not work for Fitbit. The exception to this is the moderators  How to: Identify a Fitbit Moderator or Employee - Fitbit Community

I hope this helps.

I tried and I got Chad to text me. I didn't speak to anyone. I was
literally awake and my watch said I was sleeping. Seriously?
