incorrect step count

I actually have an Inspire 2.  Since the update my step count is in the tens of thousands and it will not show my steps per day.  The app does show a semi-accurate step count.  Plus my Inspire buzzes ALL THE TIME and I can't figure out what it's trying to tell me.  I can't seem to find a way to change anything or make step count more realistic.  Help?????

I also get randomly m buzzes… and no idea where the step count is coming from.  Definitely not accurate!
