strap stuck to inspire 3

hi, i want to remove the strap from my inspire 3

the issue is that on one of the sides of the tracker, the little protrusion to help remove the strap is missing

how do i take this strap off?

Hi, @kraz63 welcome to the community, If you look at the other strap after you take it off you will see this -

The right-angled part with a ball on the end (Like a bolt action) seems to be inserted into the locking pin. I assume with the ball part missing there may be a small hole in the locking pin. If you insert a sharp spike into the hole you may be able to push it towards the other end & release the locking pin.
