Hi, @Spice2 , please see the help article Why isn’t my Fitbit battery charging?  for help with this issue.  I think you should address the charging issue. first.  Hopefully once you get it charging it will solve the sync issue as well, but you might want to have a look at the help article for troubleshooting sync issues .
