Every night at about 01:15 my active zone data shows my heart rate spike into the 100’s earning me a few zone minutes. The rest of the night is between 55 and 70ish. My heart rate data and sleep heart rate data don’t record a spike. Is this a glitch or do I have a regular 1:15 heart rate leap:)

I am having the same issue with my Luxe; my heart rate seems to spike around 1am when I am most definitely asleep. I have checked I wasn’t awake to make sure that wasn’t the reason. But even stranger, I notice the reading can change during the day, eg can be around 120 or so and then when I sync it again later in the day it can change to be 144 or so. I have contacted Support but no one can tell me if there’s a glitch and why it seems to change retrospectively.
