Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Srujan21. I'll be glad to assist you with your sleep log inquiry.

Thanks for letting us know about this situation. Our team is aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

In the meantime set your sleep as sensitive:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab User-added image, then tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings > Sleep Sensitivity and make your changes.

I appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track. Keep on visiting the forums.

Prior to the last software update my Inspire used to update sleep as part syncing and got most of my naps. Now I have to tell it to add a sleep log, and it's less accurate. I changed my setting to "sensitive" and if anything it did a worse job of tracking my sleep. Don't you test your updates before rolling out? Just about ready to shop for a different product.

Has this issue been resolved yet? Having just replaced my aged Flex 2 with an Inspire it is annoying that the new tracker doesn't automatically update on the dashboard or app. It records the sleep it okay but then doesn't sync the information to the app. Its a pain in the backside to have to keep manually logging the details.

Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.
