I purchased an Inspire HR based on your sales banner text, "A sleek, east-to-use tracker with 24/7 heart rate". So far, I cannot see any way to manage HR data except for the minimal graphs displayed on the website and in Win 10 app. There seems to be no way to capture pulse rate data. Nor read the graphs with any accuracy.
If the online Download Data function included the pulse rate data (with timestamp) then it would be very easy to create and save the graphs. The only fields downloaded are Date, Weight, BMI,and Fat.
The Win 10 App does a good job of graphing HR data and has enough data points to show short-time changes. This is broken by a lack of axes for timestamp and rate. AM/Noon/PM on the time axis does not help much. Nor does the three pulse rates shown on the vertical axis. Nor is there a way to export the graphed data or open the stored Fitbit data under Windows\Users\..
Please give me a work-around or consider changing your sales banner.
