Pilates has replaced exercises

Ive had this for two weeks and love it, but hit some problems today.

I wanted to start the exercise mode before a bike ride and it only gave these options

Run

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates

How can I get the other exercises back?

I had that happen and was to get it back right by going into exercise shortcuts setup.  I forget exactly what I did there - maybe delete the Pilates and add back what I wanted; might have even had to go through that a couple of times.

Others have had this issue, I suspect as an unintended side effect of some update.

I have done this but there is something strange happening, according to the app Pilates wasn't even on the watch!

It is only half syncing, it will, update steps and calories and sleep, but not exercise. So I need to look elsewhere. Thank you anyway!

I have exactly the same problem... I am trying all the steps but nothing... let me know if you find the solution

I had to go to online chat in the end, but it is fixed now.

The battery had got quite low, so I charged it right up and then reset the tracker. You put it on its charger and then hold down the button until a smiley face appears. It didn't correct itself straight away, but I looked again 5 minutes later and it was fine.

Today I woke up and it was working... maybe it was a glitch

My charge 3 keeps reverting on exercise to Pilates Pilates, instead of the activities I have set up on it. I am then unable to sync to update the exercises I use. I have read up and been carrying out a hard restart  which does resolve the issue, but only for about 24 hours when it happens again. Really fed up with this now. Is something I can do to sort this once and for all, or do I need to return my Fitbit as faulty?

After the IOS 13 upgrade, weights no longer appear as an exercise option.  Instead, I have running, swimming, biking, Pilates, Pilates, and Pilates.  Anyone else experience this issue?

When I go to the exercises on screen the ‘walk’ ‘treadmill’ and ‘weights’ options have disappeared and been replaced with 3 Pilates options!! Anyone else had this or know how to fix? Thanks.

My fitbit has always allowed me to choose an exercise mode(run, treadmill, swim, elliptical, weights etc). Today it won't let me choose anything but run or Pilates

This has now happened to me a 4th time in 2 months on my Inspire HR.  It is getting really old to have to reset the Fitbit and it isn't always convenient to reset it so I'm not able to use the exercise shortcuts.

Can't we get a better fix?

the exercise shortcut seems to have defaulted to run pilates pilates pilates pilates even though i have different ones set up on the app. what ca n be done to fix this?

That happened to me, too: 3 Pilates! Tech support helped but here I am with 3 Pilates and not the exercises that I do. It was complex, what the support guy did, so I won’t explain. It took a few tries, too.

Hi, I’ve got the same problem and have seen that most people posted this issue last year, has there still been no fix for it then?

also I was unable to restart my Fitbit inspire hr using the method described so what do I do next to resolve the Pilates issue?

100%same problem. Pilates Pilates Pilates. I've reset. It's 100% charged. Looks like this is a known Fitbit inspire hr issue  they just don't care
