2.67.1 ionic sync issues

 I have had an ionic since November. Syncing to the android app and even notifications finally became fairly reliable around January.

But, since loading 2.67.1 I am having huge problems. Generally I can only sync to the app if I go to Bluetooth settings, forget the ionic then reconnect.

 

Just wondering if others have the same problem with this version of the app. 

 

By phone is not on the supported list (One Plus 3t). One Plus One is on the supported lost, even though it came out about 4 years ago.

@SrC2018, I have not had any problems syncing the Ionic with the Android app v2.67.1.  I have not had to do anything with the phone to get it to sync, other than tap on the Ionic icon and select Sync Now -- I do not use All-Day Sync, and manually sync it.

Hi - I just upgraded from blaze to Ionic and it does not sync with my Android Oneplus 3t however it syncs with the windows app on my laptop. Any one has any solutions?
