2 ionics buzzing randomly and one black screen

I have an ionic which keeps going to black screen which I've loved and had for a while so when this happened my partner had just bought a apple with watch is I started using hers and after resetting it it's started randomly buzzing even though the night I really like the the fit bit and would like to stay with the brand if we can resolve the issues thanks scott
