Welcome to the forums @GreightonJacob! I've moved your post to the Ionic board on the English forums and will be glad to assist you with your Ionic battery inquiry.

You can see your battery level at any time: from the clock, swipe up to Today feature or open your Fitbit dashboard.

If your battery is low (less than 24 hours remaining), Ionic alerts you with the red battery indicator. If your battery is critically low (less than 4 hours remaining), the red battery indicator flashes.

Thank you for the help. I charged the Ionic on October 1, the day of the release and today I have 40% battery left and I use it from Monday to Friday to train. Is awesome, same with the info you give me. Thanks. Mine looks like is going for 7 days battery live.

The only way to see your battery is by switching to a clock face that has it? Just checking, because I don't see mine in any of the screens and it'd be nice to have the opportunity to check the charge without having to check the app or my email.

Just swipe to the right when you're on the clock face @PenelopeLP

Never mind, I found it. Swiping left to right gets me to the screen. I was looking under Settings.

With the lastest update swiping to the right show nothing.

If you swipe from left to right on your watch, you should get the battery level at top, Screen Wake option and Notifications option. If you don't see either of them, post here. Fitbit Community is watching and wanting to help.

Hi

I have just updated my Ionic’s software and this option is no longer available.

If you swipe up to see todays stats the battery level is shown on the top left-hand corner.

Welcome to the forums @KevinJRRobot LOL I'll be glad to assist you with your Ionic's battery level inquiry. This will depend on the clock face you have selected on your Ionic, some show the battery level on main screen. With other, as @PenelopeLP mentioned, you have to swipe to the right.

Which clock face do you have? Let me know and I'll be glad to assist you.

See you around.

For the new OS, swipe up for the today app and it's at the top.

I finally got the new OS, it didn't prompt me until this AM. I love the fact that I just have to swipe up to get to my battery and the fitbit "today" stats. I'm super happy!

PS. Overall, ionic is more stable now.

My Ionic just arrived on Sunday.  Battery looks low according to the dashboard.  But I dont have any more specific battery notification on the watch.  Here is a photo of it.*  If I need to change the clock face in order to see the notification I'm not sure how to do that.

(*cant upload a photo as its on my desktop, not online anywhere!  Surely there must be a way to upload without putting it online?)

Can you swipe on your watch from bottom to top and see if you get a "today" menu? If you do, it'll show you the battery in the left corner of that menu.
