Account Info changed by someone else

Has anyone had their account hacked on here? Mine was hacked and I am still waiting for help they said I have to have their security look into it, meanwhile I can not sync etc......Very upset.

Sorry to hear that. We do get reports from time to time about this. Usually it seems related to short, easily guessed passwords.When you get access back, give the Fitbit account a strong password, and make sure that password doesn't match your email password or other passwords. It sounds difficult but there are ways of making it work.

If you don't have a case number yet, you may want to get ahold of support at contact.fitbit.com.

My account is all fixed. I totally love Fitbit. They have never let me down. I have been with them for years and I always recommend Fitbit to everyone!!!!!! Thanks again Fitbit!
