Active Zone notification blocking clock face

I have Zone Notifications set as OFF

While I am running Ionic every now and then tells me the progress of by Active Zone Minutes - and does this by blocking off my whole watch face for a period of about 60 seconds (1 nminute ).  This may be even longer as it sometimes only seems to clear once I have reached my next interval.  (i.e if I have run 1,7 km I get a message to say I have done say 75% and this will then block my screen until I get to the 2 km interval)

This is very frustrating and not what I bought this watch for.  I bought the watch to check my progress while running - everytime I look at the watch !

How do I fix this ?

Note : I have Zone Notifications set as OFF (so please do not tell me again to do that)

@Lawson77 Hi there. Thank you for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the detailed information shared and for confirming that your Active Zone Minutes Notifications are turned off. I totally understand your frustration with these notifications.

The reason why you might be receiving notifications when running is because of the weekly Active Zone Minute goal which is 150 as default, you may want to edit it by following the instructions on this article

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you - I have read that before, but it does not tell you much.

Please advise what the BEST setting will be for the LEAST irritating notifications.

This morning on my run my clock face was obscured by the horrible notification for at least a minute, during that time I have no info from my watch
