My Ionic is not picking up a heart rate at all. The setting is switched on. It is also not counting steps. And therefore inaccurate calorie count as well. Everything else is working except that. I tried restart, I tried shut down, I tried factory reset. Nothing is working. What else can I do? It was working a like 3 days ago perfectly...
