Hi @AoifeC,

Sounds like an incomplete sync. Sometimes only one piece of data doesn't want to come through.

I would just let it sit for a while until it wants to sync again and the active minutes will come through.  Some people say to do multiple manual syncs, but I had more luck just letting it catch up on its own. Try one or both and let us know if that fixes it.

I am having exactly this issue.  If I have active minutes on my ionic - when I sync to my iPhone 7 the active minutes that are on the watch (say 30) will revert back to whatever is on the phone (say 5)
Very disappointed.  All of my other Fitbit devices have always worked really well.

Hi, @Annie77, as @WavyDavey has said this usually means an incomplete sync and your app dashboard will catch up after a little time, usually within hours.  Are you finding if you scroll back through your days that the active minutes have caught up?

Hi @Julia_G .. I have had this problem since I bought the new Ionic over a week ago.

I did a test sample of what happens .. I took photo's of the Fitbit app and the watch before exercise, then of the watch immediately after exercise, (the watch showed16 active minutes)  then I synced the watch to my app - it showed that I had done the steps but the active minutes showed 5 minutes.  Then when I checked the watch it now showed 5 active minutes but the steps remained accurate.

The app keeps track of all things correctly ... after 60 minutes of walking for instance - it shows the walk in the exercise section of the app .. it shows the distance & steps correctly too ... just doesn't show the active minutes 😞

I have emailed fitbit support ... but no solution

I contacted customer service and they were able to fix the problem. Just delete the app from your phone and reinstall it. When you sync your ionic it will show all your current information. Hope this helps!

Hey @RigoVillarroel  Are your active minutes still syncing correctly.  I deleted and then reinstalled the app - it worked yesterday.  But today I'm back to it not syncing active minutes - everything else ok but not the minutes 😞
Any ideas ?

Thanks

Tried the multiple syncs and deleted the app and reinstalled. But alas.... no joy. Guess I’ll have to wait and come back tomorrow.
