Active minutes will not sync on phone. Watch shows 55 active minutes but phones app shows zero. Deleted app from phone and re installed it but did not fix the problem.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @JoseCB, hope you're doing great! Thanks for already troubleshooting this syncing issue with your active minutes, nice way to go!
Well, sounds like an incomplete sync. Sometimes only one piece of data doesn't want to come through. I'd recommend the following:
Give this a shot and let me know how it goes!

Hi,
My Fitbit charge 2 did not sync my active minutes today. It still says zero when I’ve already had over 11,000 steps and an hour of cardio. I restarted it, tried logging out and back in, still nothing. Any advice?

I have a similar issue which started two days ago. In the "Exercise" section it shows 83 and 103 active minutes for the last two days and nothing on the active minutes. I tried the reset process noted below and no change. I also checked in on the App Store for my iPhone and it shows that the FitBit app updated 2 days ago. I could be a coincidence but my hypotheses is a bug in the update as the watch information is fine as well as what is captured in the Exercise section of the iPhone app.

Mine started a few days ago after this last update. No active minutes display on the dashboard.
