Activity fields reset after sync or charging.

Hello, I'm having a peculiar issue, basically every time I sync or charge my ionic the activity fields go back to a default configuration and I have to customize them again.

 

Anybody had the same issue?

I have heard of a couple of people having that issue (which would be really annoying!)

Have you tried restarting your Ionic several times? If not, give that a go. If that doesnt fix it do a Factory reset (which will reset to factory conditions) - settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). Let us know how you go
