Activity stats

Hello, before I had my Ionic, I was using Runkeeper. The app was interrupting my music to tell me the stats of my exercise (distance, avg space, time...). Is that also possible with my Ionic?
In addition, I prefer to see avg km/hr instead of min/km. But I'm not finding how to switch this over.

On the computer dashboard click on settings Scroll down to units and use the drop down under feet/inches to change it to centimeters. Scroll to the very bottom and choose submit. Will need to sync before it takes place

Hi Wendy, thanks for the reply. The units was already set to centimeters and it was already synced earlier. But I still see the pace in time instead of km/hr.
Will probably another setting or not possible.
