Adding Runkeeper to FitBit integrated apps

Hi there, syncing Fitbit with Runkeeper works, as many have noticed, only half way as you cannot get the map overview, splits, and pulse. My humble wish would be for Fitbit to add this as a stand-alone app just like Strava. Anyone knows if this is coming?

@Swedemartin not sure what you're encountering. I sync from Fitbit to Runkeeper and my results within Runkeeper have the maps, the splits and my heart rate data. Are you not seeing the correlated data within the Runkeeper app or website, or are you expecting to see it on the Ionic?

Hi thanks for the reply. To answer your question: I don’t see the detailed stats in my Runkeeper app though I do see the distance and total time entered as “manual” in the app. Thanks for any suggestions how to resolve it.

@Swedemartin I would take it that you are tracking your run using the Exercise app on the Ionic? That is how I handle it. Once the run is synced to Fitbit from my Ionic, it eventually syncs to Runkeeper. I see the stats in Runkeeper but then need to tap on the map to get that to actually load.

Perhaps unlinking and relinking your Runkeeper account would help?

Other than that, I do not have any other thoughts as mine worked "right out of the box", so I've not had to troubleshoot further.
