Adidas strap

Good morning. I have broken the strap on my Adidas ionic and would like to order a blue and sliver replacement. I can’t find this anywhere apart from Chinese copies, please advise where I can order this strap from Fitbit

Hi @Paul1903. The band that comes with the Adidas Ionic appears to be a sports band. Fitbit sells them,  but in black/charcoal, not the blue/silver. (See them here.) I hear what you’re saying about the Chinese knock offs. I’ve ordered some that went right into the trash bin. 

 

For what it’s worth, I’m an Amazon Prime member and have found that the various Fitbit bands that are eligible for Prime — meaning they guarantee 2 day delivery - are likely to be much better quality. At least you are not waiting for them to ship from China. I like Amazon because they have a good return policy. If I’m not happy with the quality, I can return it.
