Alternating Run Cues

I am new to running so am doing a program with a club to improve my fitness and running.

We are now in week 4 and supposed to be running for 5 minutes and walking for 2 minutes, alternating between the two.

I can only set the cues to 2 /  3 / 4 / 5 minutes etc.

Is there a way to set it that it does 5 mins / 2 mins / 5 mins / 2 mins....

@TarynG81Hello and welcome to this great community!

I think the best way to accomplish what you are trying to do is not using the Run mode rather the Interval Workout.

I think it should be already listed among the possible exercises, if not head to your smartphone Fitbit App and under the Ionic section (icon on top right) you should find the option Exercise Shortcuts. Here you can add the Interval Workout removing one of the ones you don't want (max 7 shortcuts). Then quick press the interval workout (in the same screen) and customize your exercise.

Sync your Fitbit Ionic and you should be ready to workout!

If not clear I will post some pics but I need some time
