Hi, I am a Fitbit Ionic owner and looking for the best community answer about the problems I am having with my Fitbit.
I currently own the Fitbit Ionic that I bought from Amazon on July 16, 2018, that was brand new and not refurbished or anything damaged.
The problems I have with my current Fitbit Charge is that it will Bluetooth de-sync within the middle of the day and then it won't sync at all after that.
I would like to know if there's another way that I could gain back the money I spent by exchanging my Fitbit Ionic for the new Fitbit Charge maybe? I really do like Fitbit, but the device I have with their company is really giving me headaches every single day and enough to stop using it for the 5 months when I was using it. I turned it on and tried it out again today to see if it still has that problem, guess what, it still has that problem up to this day with the de-syncing issue.
I would really love it if Fitbit could send me a fixed version of it, or a different Fitbit device that was equivalently worth from the pocket I spent. I just don't know to this point of where I should turn to for advice about this.
I tried to look into Amazon's policy but everything about it seemed like my purchase for the Fitbit Ionic is out of their policy. Unless there's something the Fitbit Community can help me with which I probably missed and could still return it or exchange it, I would love it hear it!
The condition right now is that it's still looking like new, no damages.

Hi, @TOPD! I would suggest you get in touch with Fitbit Support directly. You can do this through their help page (link at the top of the web page or in my signature.

You bought it from Amazon you need to get with them to see what is available to you. They have a good return policy
Neither of them have an exchange/Ugrade program though

First, definitely see if there is any flexibility on the return.
But why not use both? Always good to have a backup if the battery on one of them goes low/empty.
Alternatively, if you don’t want the Fitbit device, Best Buy has trade in programs or sell it on Mercari or eBay.
Hope this helps.
