Android Fitbit App 2.60 Update

My Ionic has been working great until the last app update.  I've encountered the following over the last 2 days (since the update):

- Watch crashed (first time).  I had to do a hard reset

- Sleep monitoring didn't work last night

- When I opened the app today I had to re-login and my dashboard preferences were lost

-Bluetooth syncing problems

I hope I'm alone in this, but wanted to report it.

Thanks!

Yes, tried that too without luck. I finally got things working again by
removing the Ionic from my account and re-adding it.

After reading this I tried it. It took a good ten minutes but eventially worked/sync'd.

Latest android.

All day sync off.

Always connected off.

This is a common problem across all Fitbits.  Whenever the app updates from the Play Store, you have to restart your phone.

The app actually displays this message after you update it.  Restart the phone and all syncs/notifications should run normally.

I never had sync-errors before, but after the app-update syncing stopped.

Resetting the phone and the watch didn't help. Will try to remove the Ionic from y account next...

Edit <15 min. later>

Removing and adding my Ionic from my account solved it indeed.

I’ve been having this problem as well, however removing and readding the Fitbit only fixes it for a little while.  It breaks again an hour later.
