I tried downloading some Apps to the Ionic....welp it's been about 4 hours and it will not download the bar just keeps bopping back and forth when I leave the app and go back it asks if I want to keep downloading or not right now.  Well, either one I pick does the same way.  The status bar of those apps keeps bopping back and forth and I CAN'T STOP IT! I can't cancel the download and I can't make them download,  and because of this, the FITBIT app won't sync.  I tried removing the IONIC from the FITBIT app but that does nothing when I put it back in, and there is no reset button.  I was hoping the website would have something to do but nope.  I have no clue how to fix this problem.

How frustrating, @Mikillian! To restart your Ionic, press and hold the single right button and the bottom left button at the same time. Within 10 seconds, the screen will go blank, then show the Fitbit icon as it reboots. You may have to do this 2 or 3 times, but it should get you out of this loop. Let us know if it does not.

it was able to sync but it hasn't stopped this problem pictures attached

and as I sent that reply.  I went back to the app to see where it stood and it was good to go.....go figure

I had that problem also, Mikillian, and a Restart was the only solution that finally worked for me. After the Restart, I tried again to download and install the same app that caused me trouble and it downloaded and installed with no further problem.
