My Fitbit ionic has stopped charging. Whenever i plug it with the charger, it restarts but it goes off again. I have tried with multiple ports but it doesn't work. Does anyone have a simlilar problem and could you please help?
@ualr The screen will go off during the charging process. If on plugging in the screen lights up, it would suggest power is “noticed” by the Ionic. The screen will then switch off in accordance with backlight timeout settings. Have you left it plugged in long enough to check whether it is fully charged?
I had the same thought, I left it for hours to charge but I'm facing the same issue. Whenever i plug it in, the Fitbit logo comes in the screen. And within 15 seconds it turns off again. This is happening everytime i plug it in.
