My Ionic shows software version 27.32.10.20 but my app indicates 32.10.20.  My web profile at Fitbit also indicates version 27.32.10.20.  I, so far, have not been able to update the software.  I can't seem to find anyway to update.  Anyone else run into this problem and what can I do about it ?

27.32.10.20 and 32.10.20 are the same firmware version - the tracker just truncates the first set of digits.  There is a new firmware rolling out, but not everyone has received it yet, including me. You will get notified on the app account screen when the new firmware update is available for you to download.

Thanks Larry, that clears up that anomaly.  What got me started on this was the fact my watch would move left but not right but maybe that is another problem.  I think the best approach is to wait for the update.  Thanks again.

@Brianoun if by your watch "would move left but not right" you mean when you swipe on the screen; that behavior was changed when OS 2.0 was released.
