App crashes when trying to change Frequency on Exercise Tracking

Anytime I try and change my frequency to .5 miles instead of 1.0 miles the app crashes and it stays at 1.0 mile.  There are certain miles I can change to and others crash the app.  Anyone else having this problem or know what to do?

I had similiar issue yesterday with the swimming activity app.  Had to change it from 50 meters to 25 yards for length.  The Ionic was not able to figure it out - think it continue to measuring lengths by the 50 meters. (So, I have no idea how far I swam nor how many calories I burned  😞   )

 

Today, I did notice the app needed to be updated - so I did that and then restarted my device.  Hoping that will help correct the issue.  If you find out any other tips, let me know!
