App icons go missing after restart

On my Ionic, after restarting device (holding left button and bottom right for 10 seconds) it has caused my first screen of app icons to go missing.  When I swipe left from the clock screen, the first screen of app icons disappears halfway through the swipe motion and all that remains to be seen is half of one of the icons is visible at the top left corner of the screen.  If you keep swiping left the rest of the icons on the subsequent screens are all there as normal - just the first screen is missing.

No amount of restarting the ftibit, syncing or removing the device and setting back up gets that first screen of icons back to being visible.  The only way to get it all back is to do a factory reset which is simply not worth it. Anyone else experienced this and have a fix?

Hi @RicardoFitbit  it seems that it is when the fitbit restarts either by the battery being drained and recharged or holding left and bottom right buttons that the screen issue happens. 
My battery drained today and when it got charged back up I was again missing the first screen of apps. 
I tried changing the clock face twice and it has not fixed the problem. 
Any other suggestions?
