Hello all,

since one week I don't get any notifications anymore on my Ionic from whattsapp and Instagram.

Does any of you have this problem?

 

Thanks for the input.

I already reseted the ionic, deleted the app and did a reinstall but nothing seems to work.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for your answer.

I am working with a Iphone 7 with the latest sotware-edition.

My Ionic is also on the latetest softwaredition.

It is since 2 weeks that I dont receve the notifications anymore.

indeed al the possible sujestions i could find on your website. I even reinstalled the software in the phone but it stili doens't work, Therefor I came to here and ask.
