For some reason my water logging through the Ionic device is not synchronizing to the app since January. When trying to add more logs on the device I rece8ce the following error : "maximum logs entered - sync your device with the Fitbit mobile app to resume logging".
My device is syncronising all the time except the water logs

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Ionic device and let me know if the issues persists.

Thanks Ricardo, I am using a Samsung S7. At first I didn't realised that my device was not syncronising for the water until I tried to submit a new record about 1 week before my post attached post. I followed some of the on-line guides to Hard stop and restart the FitBit software on my device as well as the Ionic but neither of these actions made a difference. Almost 2 hours after submitting my post last week - my FitBit actually shutdown completely for a couple of hours. Thought that it was just my battery but after charging it for a few hours it still didn't come back on. I held down the left and bottom right button for about 30 seconds and this reactivated the device and no power problems since then but the water logging is still giving the same error msg "Maximum Logs Entered"
