Happened again today, 3.5 miles into a 10 mile run my Ionic shuts off completely. Plenty of juice in the battery. Second time in five days this has happened, and has happened a couple other time over the past couple times. Anyone have a solution? Love the device, but too many bugs,I think this is my last one.

Hi @kirkleach, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the below steps to perform a factory reset on your device:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if the issue persists.
Best AnswerI did that. It worked okay for a week. Then cut out at 9.5 miles of my 12 mile run today. I'm done. Just ordered a Garmin 245. Fitbit's technical people need to get their act together, this product is defective.
