I have Apple Airpods currently.......They randomly cut out at the gym and are pretty much unusable on an outside run. They will not play constant with arm movement, only play if I hold my arm in front of my body.....Not ideal on a distance run. Do not have they same issue on treadmill. Any luck on a fix or product with less issues?

Seems odd that your Apple Airpods are randomly disconnecting from your Ionic device, this is certainly not a common situation. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that is specified on our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?, then remove and connect them again. I also found a way to restart your Apple Airbuds.
