Display not working

Black screen when turned on. Does anyone know why it does this.

Hi @Daniel_Conte thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome aboard. I'm happy to help you with your Ionic display.

 

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors green lights are still flashing or your device is completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic with the following steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
