I'm curious who else was sold a faulty Ionic? I didn't even wear it for a year but because the device was sold to me a year ago they refuse to replace it. Anyone else have this problem?

This is certainly not the way we designed our Ionic device to perform, therefore, can you please let me know if the heart rate green lights on your device are still flashing or its completely unresponsive? I'm aware that our Customer Support team already provided you with assistance as they informed me, however, if you haven't already done so I recommend you to restart your Ionic and let me know how it goes.
