I have been trying to charge up my ionic for several days now but it just won’t recognise any of my chargers. I have reset it twice but it is still the same. The middle charging contact looks like it’s half missing which I suspect may be the cause. Can this be repaired? The unit is just 2 years old.

@Polgara1964 Welcome back. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

Currently Fitbit watches or accessories can't be repaired because Fitbit doesn't have a repair center. However, I've created a case on your behalf with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
