Can I set my ionic to auto pause during exercise?

It depends on which exercise. 

If the ex resize has a settings cog tap the cig and check. I believe in the ionic this may be found on the tracker. If not then through the app Settings - Ionic -exercises. You will find a cog to the right of the desired exercise.
