I don't know about anyone else, but as far as battery life is concerned to get anywhere close to 4 days I had to turn off any automatic sensing and screen wake.
Here's a suggestion, how about giving us a way (like in the app) to set a schedule for automatic screen wake. I don't sleep that well and pretty much anything can wake me up. So I have to set the screen wake to manual at night so it doesn't turn on just because I moved my hand by my face. But at work, I sometimes have things in my hands and can't activate the screen manually. It would be easier if I could set a "do not disturb" for the hours I sleep or whatever.
Any thoughts?

Hey there @coolrunnins, thanks for stopping by!
I'd recommend checking out our Feature Suggestion Board if you haven't already. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
I'd also recommend up-voting and commenting on Turn off quick view when I'm sleeping feature suggestion since it is very similar of what you're looking and asking for.
Enjoy the rest of your day!

Thanks for jumping in here @SunsetRunner!
Follow the steps that my friend @SunsetRunner has provided you. On Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa, you need to press and hold the back button and swipe to the shortcuts screen > Screen Wake. Here you can select either On or Manual.
