Band Broke Off In Ionic, Completely Useless Now

The wristband broke off in my Ionic while I was sleeping, and pieces are stuck in the device. That means no other bands can go on it, making this $300 watch useless.

 

All in all, this device has NOT been worth $300 at all.  I miss my $99 FitBit One.

@nathanrudy, have you contacted Fitbit Support so that they can address this warranty issue?
