Thanks to all respondents to my request.

 

I now know how to find the app. The trouble is threefold. Firstly, there is no account icon on my PC. Secondly, my smartphone has the icon but does not respond when I press the App button. Thirdly, my tablet has the icon but I am having difficulty connecting.

 

Enabling a connection on my tablet is probably the best option so I will persevere with that today.

Is your question @JohnP101 about the ionic app on the watch, or the Fitbit app on a different device.
