For the past few days, my battery is draining really fast and the GPS isn’t working correctly. I’ve updated my Fitbit and my phone and still doesn’t work. I’ve also deleted my Fitbit app and reinstalled it. Still having problems ugh!

Hello, when I try to connect to the run exercise on my Ionic, it takes a good 15 to 20 minutes for the GPS to finally connect.

Thanks for getting back @ShellyGM.
Fitbit Ionic has built-in GPS. When you select a GPS exercise, Ionic vibrates when it finds a GPS signal. Environmental factors including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and even thick cloud cover can interfere with your watch's ability to connect to GPS satellites.
For best results, wait for Ionic to find the signal before you start your workout. However, if you don't want to wait you can start your workout and GPS tracking begins when Ionic finds a signal.
Let me know how it goes.
