The battery is draining on my fitbit ionic after only 2 hours and regularly cuts out half way through my run. I bought the watch in April 2018 and it is not even 2 years old.
Can you give me any help to fix this problem?
I use the GPS and it is connected to my phone via bluetooth but no music or other apps.
I don't want to buy a new watch after such a short time and I need at least 24 hours battery.

Me too. Tried resetting, doing everything else, and now I am in a cluster-f-loop trying to find warranty info. I only just got mine mid-July of 2019! Better warranty support please.

Following! Also having this issue. It went from zero issues, to not holding a charge for more than 2 hours and the sensors are all off (said i walked 7k steps in the 30 minutes I was sitting at my desk).
Ive tried re-starting, hard reset back to factor settings, and ive checked for updates...nothing. This did start shortly after the most recent update so I cant help but think that they are connected.
